The Sapota fruit(Chikoo) aka Sapodilla an egg-shaped brown flesh, exotic fruit is very underrated. It’s sweet as brown sugar when it’s ripe and loaded with vitamin E, A, and C. Found being sold in every other street of India.

-12oz frozen Chikoo
-2 frozen bananas
-1/4 tsp freshly ground cardamom
-1 tsp raw honey
-1/3 cup water
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve it immediately or freeze it for at least 3 to 4 hours before serving.
