5 large Idaho russet potatoes , peeled, washed, and cut into quarters then ½ inch thick chunks 4 tablespoons oil , or a generous drizzle
Preheat the oven to 450 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or grease the sheet with oil.
Season the potatoes with oil and all the listed spices. Toss well to coat the spices.
Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet in one layer. Bake it at 450 F for 25 to 28 minutes.
