Spicy Oven Roasted Potatoes

Quick and easy spicy oven roasted potatoes with a slight kick of chili peppers. These spicy potatoes make a great side dish for any meal. Kid approved!

Ingredients 

  • 5 large Idaho russet potatoes , peeled, washed, and cut into quarters then ½ inch thick chunks
  • 4 tablespoons oil , or a generous drizzle

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 450 F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or grease the sheet with oil.
  • Season the potatoes with oil and all the listed spices. Toss well to coat the spices.
  • Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet in one layer. Bake it at 450 F for 25 to 28 minutes.
  • Transfer the roasted potatoes to a serving bowl. Squeeze some lemon juice for a slight tang.
  • Serve it as is or as a side dish to any meal.
