  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone sheet.
  2. Combine all the spices, lemon juice, heavy cream, and oil. Mix well until smooth in consistency.
  3. Place the salmon on the baking sheet and brush the marinade on both sides.
  4. Bake the fish at 400°F for 15-18 minutes.
Stovetop instructions:
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a bit of oil.
  2. Once the skillet is hot, add the marinated salmon.
  3. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes or until it's cooked through (it should reach an internal temperature of 145°F to be fully cooked).
